World-leading open access journals in clinical medicine

Sage’s Therapeutic Advances series of clinical journals was launched in 2008. Now comprising 20 journals, the Therapeutic Advances family has established itself as a high-quality gold open access series with internationally renowned Editorial Boards.

Many of the journals now have Impact Factors that place them in the first quartile in their respective fields; most are indexed in the Web of Science and other scholarly indexing services, and all are listed on PubMed soon after launch.

The journals are members of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and have stringent standards for research ethics and reporting. All articles undergo a thorough editorial evaluation and rigorous peer review, with a minimum of two independent experts. All articles are freely available via PubMed Central and the journal websites, driving high visibility and global exposure.
